Dimmer uses slide to turn on and adjust the light level. Slide up to turn on/brighten, down to turn off/dim. Choose wattage/voltage above. Large controls (4.56" X 4.56") require two-gang wallbox. Wallplate included. Incandescent abbreviated as IC, magnetic low voltage abbreviated as MLV, electronic low voltage abbreviated as ELV.
