How do I place an order with Lamps By Us?For your convenience, our online ordering process is automatic and available to you at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You do not need to create an account in order to browse our store. You can see the wide selection of products by clicking on any product category, such as "Ceiling Lights". As you browse, you can place items in your shopping basket. Our 1-page checkout process is quick and simple. Creating an account will allow you to later view your order history and use our Wish List feature. How can I pay for my order?To make your shopping experience with us convenient and easy, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. We're sorry, but we do not ship orders C.O.D or accept orders paid by check. Do you charge sales tax?Orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax. All other orders will not incur sales tax. If you are a California company that is purchasing for resale only, have a legitimate tax certificate, and do not want to be charged sales tax, you must first contact us before placing your order. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order for standard orders. How do you ship your orders?All orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Express delivery (ie. 2nd Day or Overnight) is required for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Express delivery is optional for all other orders. Do you ship outside the United States?No. At this time, we only accept orders that originate from and ship within the United States. Do you ship orders C.O.D.?No. We do not ship orders C.O.D. All orders are prepaid. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?No. At this time, we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. What happens if you are out of stock of an item?If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will immediately contact you to let you know. You can then choose to cancel the item or keep it on backorder. We will keep you updated via emai on the status of the backordered item, as well as when it ships. When do you charge my credit card?Your credit card is charged at the time of placing your order.
